Hello! I am Antonio P. Miller, M.Ed., M.A., LPC-Associate. Supervised by: Chris Cognetta, LPC-S. By day, I serve as an Assistant Principal — a role that’s taught me the power of listening, collaboration, and helping people find solutions that fit their unique situation. I’ve always loved being part of the process when someone realizes they’re stronger and more capable than they thought.

That same passion led me to counseling. Through FreedSelf Counseling, I offer a space where people can slow down, breathe, and sort through what’s been weighing on them. My style is warm, conversational, and collaborative — we’ll work together to identify patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and create real strategies for change.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Person-Centered approaches to help clients better understand themselves and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling. Whether you’re navigating stress, identity questions, relationships, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, therapy can be a space to reconnect with your own strength and sense of freedom.
