A: At Freedself Counseling, I understand the demands of a busy schedule and offer flexible evening counseling sessions from Monday to Friday to accommodate working professionals. On Saturdays, appointments are available from 9 AM to 2 PM. Additionally, special accommodations can be arranged for after-hours sessions and Sunday sessions. If you are interested in scheduling a session outside of our standard hours or on a Sunday, please call us to inquire about availability. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible support at a time that suits your needs.
A: Insurance options will be available soon! FreedSelf Counseling is private pay only, but I’m in the process of joining insurance panels so clients can use their benefits for sessions.
A: FreedSelf Counseling offers supportive, topic-focused closed groups designed to create connection, trust, and real growth.
Groups meet weekly and run for a set number of sessions to allow members to build consistency and safety together.
Free 20-Minute Consultation: Before joining, each participant is invited to a brief consultation to make sure the group is a good fit for their goals.
Closed Group Format: Once the group begins, new members are not added — this helps protect privacy and create a stronger sense of community.
Payment: Group sessions are paid in advance for the full series.

A: Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) focuses on what's working in your life and the changes you want to see. Together, we'll explore practical steps and small solutions that help you move forward and reach your goals.
A: Client-Centered Therapy (CCT) is all about you. In a supportive, non-judgmental space, you set the pace and focus on what matters most to you, while I listen, guide, and help you explore your strengths and choices.
A: FreedSelf Counseling was created as a space where you can show up as you are — no pressure, no judgment. My goal is to help you make sense of what you’re feeling and find practical ways forward.
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Person-Centered approaches, blending structure with genuine connection. You’ll have a safe, collaborative space to talk things through, build skills, and rediscover your strengths.
Together, we’ll focus on helping you feel more grounded, confident, and free to be yourself.
